Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
• Valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License) is mandatory for all guests upon arrival. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.

2. Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking, especially during peak season.
• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking properly up to 48 hours before your check-in date for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged for the first night of the stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3. Hostel Rules

• Silence Hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM in dorm areas.
• Smoking/Alcohol: Smoking and alcohol consumption are only permitted in designated common areas (Rooftop). Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
• Drugs: The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and police notification.
• Outside guests are not allowed in the dorms or private rooms. They may visit common areas until 10:00 PM.

4. Liability

• Explore Hostel Life Jaisalmer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings. Please use the lockers provided.
• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hostel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.

5. Right to Admission

The management reserves the right to refuse admission or evict any guest who creates a nuisance, constitutes a threat to other guests/staff, or violates the hostel rules, without refund.
